Security Deposit:

$200.00 Security Deposit required, for any damages or excessive cleaning.

Payment:

Total payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accepts Visa, Mastercard( via PAYPAL), Cash, 
Traveler's Checks & money orders(certain restrictions may apply). Personal checks will be accepted
 if received 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation:

Cancellation requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for a refund, however, a $100 administrative fee will be 
deducted. For your protection, please consider obtaining Travel Insurance, in case of cancellation within 
45 days prior to arrival and other unpredictable events.

Check In Time:

After 4:00 PM. Please let us know if you need to make arrangements for late arrival.
